One year ago, we decided that we were going to produce our very own breakfast blend, this was a challenge we took very seriously. After countless blends and tastings, we ended up with a beautifully rich and malty Assam blend. The reason we chose Assam tea is because in Assam, they produce teas that have the perfect balance of strength amongst other characteristics, the broken leaves make a strong brew with a malty, full-bodied flavour. This is the perfect tea with breakfast, particularly delicious served with a splash of milk.
